About Us

Martin is a chartered secretary and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in the Isle of Man finance sector. 

Having founded, managed and sold his own Isle of Man TCSP he is personally acquainted with the commercial and regulatory challenges that are faced by businesses operating in the Isle of Man regulated sector.

His first hand commercial experience coupled with a detailed technical knowledge of the regulatory framework allows him to provide Rowany’s clients with practical, common sense advice & guidance on a broad range of matters.

Martin has a particular interest in regulatory matters pertaining to virtual currency businesses.

As well as being a consultant and company secretary to Rowany, Martin is principal of Katz & Co, founder of the Isle of Man Angel Network and a director of Soundcheck Charity.

Martin’s philosophy is “Don’t put off until tomorrow what you can do today.”
