Our interactive two-hour seminars are aimed at helping MLROs, DMLROs, Heads of Compliance, Directors and Principals of regulated businesses and DNFBPs critically evaluate and improve their existing business, technological and customer risk assessments.
Each seminar is limited to eight attendees and will focus on the how the National Risk Assessment, the Business, Technological and Customer risk assessments inter-relate and how, if done properly, they can add value to your business.
What can you expect?
The recent financial penalties issued by the FSA have signalled their increased focus and attention on risk assessments as part of the compliance process. Consequently, our seminars will have a particular focus on highlighting the key components within those risk assessments that we believe the FSA will look for during a regulatory compliance visit.
Francesca Signorio-Hooper has 11 years’ experience with the Island’s regulator at executive management level. She is a trained MoneyVal / FATF assessor and chaired the Insurance and Pensions sector NRA working group. She is a former TCSP director and Assistant General Manager of a life assurance company with over £1bn of assets under management.
