Does your Business Risk Assessment pass muster?

May 22 @ 12:00 14:00

£125 per delegate, including lunch

Our interactive two-hour seminar is aimed at helping MLROs, DMLROs, Heads of Compliance, Directors and Principals of regulated businesses and DNFBPs critically evaluate and improve their existing customer risk assessments.

This seminar is limited to seven attendees and will focus on the how the business risk assessments is fundamental to an effective and appropriate AML/CFT framework and how, if done properly, they can add value to your business.

What can you expect from your business risk assessment training?

The recent financial penalties issued by the FSA have signalled their continued focus and attention on risk assessments as an essential cornerstone to the compliance process. We will focus on the FSA’s expectations of the form and content of the business risk assessment, consider the metrics which should be taken into account in assessing risk and debate the various ways at arriving at a risk conclusion.  Consideration will also be given to mitigation strategies given the outcome of the risk assessment.

Our trainer
