Each organisation processes a significant volume of personal information, and that information, or data, is used for many varying purposes; knowing what information you hold, where and for what purpose is a legal requirement under Article 30 of the GDPR Isle of Man Data Protection Law 2018.
This CPD accredited workshop gives practical guidance on how to efficiently build, develop and maintain a Register of Processing Activities, or a ROPA for short, in accordance with both General Data Protection Regulation and the Accountability Principle.
