The GFSC propose changes to banking annual return
The GFSC has published the results of the consultation issued in March 2021 to amend the banking rules on Accounts, Disclosure & large exposures. The draft legislation is broadly in line with the original consultation with a number of adjustments being made following feedback from the 7 respondants.
