JFSC thematic results published – businesses are not complying with CDD obligations
In February and March 2021 the JFSC undertook a thematic exercise examining CDD, ECDD and the application of exemptions by 10 businesses in Jersey. 80% of businesses examined were unable to evidence a fully effective control environment, or in some cases, adequately robust arrangements for meeting the standards and requirements of the regulatory framework.
