Webinar provides JFSC with Industry Feedback on proposed changes
Jerseys Financial Services Commission held a webinar to discuss their proposed changes to their enforcement powers and process. Over 400 people attended the seminar and provided feedback.
JFSC are still encouraging people to provide feedback to both consultations, this must be done by 1 September 2021.
